Welcome to Woodland Shire Retreat! Unwind by a crackling fire on the custom patio. You The interior design is both thoughtful and comfortable, with a whimsical touches throughout. The spacious living room features a large Roku TV and a gas fireplace that warms the space well! Entertain your group from our fully equipped kitchen and six top dining set. Book today! You will love this well appointed home with unique touches that make you feel like you are visiting your long lost hobbit relatives. Ample living space and comfortable bedrooms will help you feel right at home. We home this space will be your home away from home. The home has three bedrooms all upstairs. master bedroom has a King bed, Second room has a queen bed and the third room has a twin with a trundle pull out bed beneath it. All the rooms have Roku smart TVs. Bring your own login and enjoy all your favorite shows and movies. The open floor plan downstairs is a great space to hang out. Enjoy the cozy gas fireplace and curl up on the couch.

Other Details to Note

There are two ways to drive to the property, one is up Miles Ave, which will lead you down a dirt road, past one house on your left and then to the property. The parking is on the right hand side of the home (on the patio). You can also drive up through the former Ethan Allen store parking lot. Please note that you can hear some street noise from the nearby onramp to HWY 481. There is also a warehouse on the other side of the street, however the property is very private. Please note that although the property does not have central air conditioning, portable units will be installed no later than Memorial Day weekend. We welcome special events depending on the nature of the event and number of people. Additional fee will apply. Please contact us for further information. 📌Seasonal Outdoor Furniture Disclosure: Please note that outdoor furniture is set out in early to mid-April, weather permitting. This ensures the best care and maintenance for the furniture during seasonal changes. 📌Seasonal Yard Cleanup Disclaimer: Please note that after the snow melts, driveways and yards may appear messy due to winter debris. We are diligently working to complete our spring cleanup and appreciate your patience as we restore the outdoor spaces.

If the cleaners find that a guest smoked inside, guest will be charged an additional $250 cleaning fee. ⭐️ Max 2 dogs. No cats allowed. If you have a dog, please clean up feces on the lawn. Never leave your dog unattended on the property and try your best to clean up dog hair. If your dog causes damage, you will be held liable. ⭐️ Airbnb bans all parties, which would include any guest that is not disclosed on the booking. Parties will lead to immediate cancellation and eviction, as per Airbnb policy. ⭐️ Please bring trash to the bins outsider, making sure the lid is on tight to prevent critters from tearing it up.

Woodland Shire Retreat was the perfect getaway from work and school! The home is cozy, beautifully decorated with whimsical touches, and felt like a true home away from home. The living space was spacious and inviting, and we loved relaxing by the gas fireplace after a long day. The hosts were incredibly attentive, reaching out often to ensure we had the best stay possible. Checking in was a breeze with the smart lock, and the bedrooms were super comfortable. The property is right near highway 481, which can bring you to downtown Syracuse and Syracuse University in around 12 minutes. There are two ways to drive to the property, one is up Miles Ave, which will lead you down a dirt road, past one house on your left and then to the property. You can also drive up through the former Ethan Allen store parking lot. Designated parking is on the right side of the house. You may comfortably fit three cars. Getting around the charming neighborhood of Fayetteville is a breeze, offering a mix of transportation options to suit your preferences.
